National priorities are defined by the national authorities in charge of higher education in collaboration with the European Commission and the EU Delegation to Lebanon. These are defined for a reasonably long period of time, however, slight modifications are made in the occasion of every call for proposals published on an annual basis. National projects should be aligned with these priorities as defined for each type of projects. Multi-country projects should be aligned with a set of regional priorities defined by the programme and with the national priorities of the countries involved in the project.
